REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We offer a 30 day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unused, unworn, in original condition and packaging. Proof of purchase required.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds processed within 5 to 10 business days to original payment method.
Damaged items: contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact@softlysent.com for free replacement or full refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
