How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. UK delivery takes 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. Total estimated delivery: 4 to 7 business days.

Yes. Free standard delivery to the United Kingdom on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day return policy. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How do I return an item?

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@softlysent.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.

Are your sunglasses UV protected?

Yes. All Rivage sunglasses feature UV400 certified lenses that block 100% of UVA and UVB rays.

What materials are used?

Our frames are crafted from premium hand-finished acetate with metal spring hinges for all-day comfort.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship to selected international destinations. Delivery takes 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. Shipping is free.
